Who is this for?

Many schools engage other providers to deliver before and after school clubs and holiday camps. While this is out of the direct control of the school leadership team it is reassuring to know that the service provided has been quality assured by expert consultants who specialise in provision of this nature.

How does it work?

One of our specialist consultants will arrange a consultation to discuss the scope of the review and ensure that they understand your precise requirements. The exact nature of the review will be tailored to your needs but would typically include:

• an evaluation of the policies, procedures and other documentation used by your provider to ensure that these are in line with the very latest guidance and meet good practice.
• observing a session in operation and discussing the strengths and any opportunities for improvement that have been noted.
• consultation with parents/carers at collection/drop-off time or via electronic survey.
• detailed verbal feedback on our key findings from the visit will be provided to the provider in a meeting with the appropriate staff.

A clear, concise written report will be submitted within two weeks of the visit, based on an accurate evaluation of the evidence provided during the review.

If significant areas for development were identified, a recommendation will be made for one or more further visits to monitor and evaluate progress made over time.
