How to retain your outstanding status
Training for senior and middle leaders of outstanding schools to understand what an Ofsted inspection is really about
This one-day course has been developed by experienced senior Ofsted inspectors specifically for outstanding schools that have previously been exempt from routine inspection. It will provide you with the information you need to ensure that your Ofsted inspection goes as smoothly as possible. The course is designed to bring you up to speed with the current Ofsted inspection process: what needs to be prepared for in advance, how senior leaders can influence and manage the process and how to prepare for the greatly enhanced role of middle leaders during the inspection.
A range of top tips on helping leaders to have greater control of the inspection process will be provided by a highly experienced Ofsted inspector. The training incorporates information from the current Ofsted inspection handbooks to ensure the most up-to-date information is provided. Self-evaluation, discussion techniques, curriculum, and detailed information on deep dives will be provided.
